About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Junior Sous Chef. You'll play a key role in leading daily operations at Mana Loft which offers a large breakfast buffet and all day in-room dining. You’ll help deliver product consistency, food safety, and train junior staff. This hands-on role offers the chance to grow your skills, contribute to a dynamic kitchen culture, and develop your career.

Skills & Experience
• 2-3 years' experience as a Junior Sous Chef in hotels, restaurants, pubs or bistros.
• Experience across the kitchen including pans, grill and pizzas.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
