The Bentley Restaurant Group, owned by Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt, boasts a diverse portfolio, from the sleek and sophisticated Bentley Restaurant and Bar to the bold, Asian-inspired restaurant, King Clarence, led by award-winning Executive Chef Khanh Nguyen.

Early this year we welcomed Eleven Barrack, Good Food Guides Best New Restaurant Winner, our seafood and steak grill in a historic building, offering wood-fired dishes, dynamic bar and a curated world class wine list.

In addition to this, Watermans Tavern will be the latest restaurant by the Bentley Group. A fire-fuelled Eastern Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the coastlines of Greece, Turkey and the Levant. The venue brings together a wood-fired grill, bold shared plates and vibrant flavours, paired with a thoughtful drinks list of cold beer, wines and classic cocktails. Located in Barangaroo, the space blends a light-filled, timber-panelled dining room with a greenery-soaked terraced glasshouse.

Watermans will be open for lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday.

Job Description:

We are seeking to fill multiple positions including Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chefs, CDP's Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs to join the Bentley Restaurant Group at WATERMANS for FULL TIME and CASUAL roles.

About You:

If this is the right role for you, ideally you have previous experience in a similar hatted restaurant.

You must be able to display strong technical skills while at the same time communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

You will also display the following attributes

Creativity and a strong understanding of local, seasonal produce

A professional demeanour

Self-motivation and an ability to use your own initiative

Hard work, diligence and accountability
