We are hiring a new Casual reception team member!
Position:
We are looking for a Casual Allied Health Receptionist to join our team working across both our Palmwoods and Woombye clinics!
Hours:
CASUAL, 10-20 hours / week.
No Weekends
Christmas Work:
We are aiming to hire and train a successful applicant prior to Christmas to help with coverage over the holiday period.
Early/Late Shifts:
Successful applicant will need to be able to work at least one 7:30am start and one 6:00pm finish.
We do our best to accommodate these workdays and hours to suit you best!
Experience:
Medical Receptionist experience is preferred, but not essential.
Start Date:
ASAP – Can discuss with suitable applicant
Remuneration:
Competitive remuneration based on experience
About the clinic you could be working in!
We are a physiotherapy practice with clinics in Woombye, Palmwoods, Kenilworth, Montville and Kilkivan. This role will involve you working across our Palmwoods and Woombye clinics. You would be joining a team of 3 admin staff, 6 physiotherapists and a massage therapist.
You will be a part of a growing team and clinic that is focused on and dedicated to providing high quality health care services to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and surrounds.
Our practice is continually evolving and progressing, so you would be working and growing in a progressive clinic where you get to implement new systems and new ideas.
What would you be doing?
First and last point of contact:
You will be in one of the most important roles in the clinic. You are the first person the patient talks to and the last they see as they leave. You have a big part to play in ensuring a great experience for our patients.
Manage Appointments and Schedules:
You will be keeping our clinic running smoothly! You will be in charge of taking phone calls, making bookings and scheduling the therapists days.
Support Day to Day Operations:
You will be taking care of all the behind the scenes operations that ensures a smooth experience for our patients. This includes handing of admin tasks such as filing, data entry, taking payments, organising correspondence with referrers and preparing rooms for therapists.
Create a Great Experience for Our Patients:
The patients experience at our clinic is from start to finish, and our reception team have a big role to play in this. You will be a big part in creating a welcoming environment, where every patient knows they are valued and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
