This casual position is ideal for someone super friendly, enthusiastic and proactive, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy clinic.

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience working in reception, however any customer service experience will hold you in good stead. Our ideal Superstar receptionist will -

Experience in Medical or Allied Health Reception (preferred but not essential)

Experience with practice management software (Cliniko preferred)

The ability to assist with additional hours, primarily to provide leave cover, is highly desirable

High-level verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to wide variety of audiences, with a sympathetic, supportive and professional approach

Computer literacy including Microsoft suite

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including flexibility and adaptability as needed

Be keen to learn

Be a great communicator

Work well under pressure

Show initiative

Be flexible and available

Some of the responsibilities of this role include -

Greeting clients at the front desk and helping them to feel at ease;

Answering the phone, replying to emails and face to face enquiries;

Processing payments and rebooking appointments;

Monitoring stock levels and ordering product;

Managing linen used in the clinic;

Liaising and providing support to all team members.

We’re looking for a team member who can fill a minimum of 4-5 x shifts (4-8hrs per shift) per week, and who is flexible as this may include evenings or Saturdays.
