What you will be doing?
You will be responsible for welcoming late arrivals, farewelling early departures, managing daily financial reconciliations and revenue postings, and preparing reports for internal departments. You will ensure reservation and account details for in-house guests are accurately recorded, coordinate departure paperwork with the Front Office team, and provide support across departments as needed. Your role includes responding promptly to guest requests, ensuring smooth shift handovers, maintaining property safety and security, and consistently delivering a high level of guest satisfaction.
About you
As Night Assistant Manager, you will bring strong leadership and organisational skills to oversee night operations while delivering a warm and personalised guest experience. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to respond to guest needs with professionalism and care. A keen eye for detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently are essential, particularly when managing safety, security, and operational matters in the absence of senior management. You are confident in handling financial reconciliations, adept at multitasking, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and accuracy across all areas of the hotel.
Previous Night Auditor experience is essential.
This is a full-time role, average of 38 hours per week.
