About the Role

As a member of our group-wide culinary team, you’ll work across diverse kitchens and menus while upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills under experienced Head Chefs, collaborate on new menu creations, and experience different cuisines and techniques across the group.

About You

You’re a passionate and motivated kitchen professional who:

Has experience in a premium fine dining restaurant or hotel kitchen

Takes pride in precision, presentation, and consistency

Thrives in fast-paced, team-driven environments

Demonstrates strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Brings a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
