Margan Restaurant is seeking a Jnr Sous Chef to join our talented Restaurant team. The right person will be creative, motivated and have a passion for seasonally inspired dishes using our estate grown produce and be able to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

The food offering at Margan is primarily driven by what we are able to produce onsite. This role presents a unique oopportunity for the right chef to be active in the full process, from harvest through to plate.

Current services are limited to lunches (with periodic eveing functions - overtime hours recognised with time in lieu). Thursday - Monday availability required.

Requirements:

Minimum of Certificate IV in Commerical Cookery

Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in related role
