We have exciting opportunities available for passionate and experienced chefs to join our team at our beautiful resort, working across a variety of dining outlets.

You will primarily work in our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, known for its refined atmosphere and seasonal, locally inspired menu. You may also have the opportunity to work in our food truck at Summersalt, our adults-only pool bar with a Mediterranean-inspired snack menu, or poolside at Breeze Café, featuring a menu designed especially for relaxed, poolside dining.

We have both full-time and casual positions available, with flexible hours across AM and PM shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or hotel/resort environment serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Full availability including weekends and public holidays
• Relevant commercial cookery qualifications (minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
• Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated pride in your work and presentation
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards
• Working Holiday Visa applicants require a minimum 6-month commitment
