About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead our account management team and drive revenue growth across our client base. You’ll oversee our sales team and take ownership of team revenue performance across our branded merchandise, creative production, and technology solutions.
This role is a mix of leadership, strategy, action and hands-on relationship management. You’ll guide the team day-to-day, support their client growth plans, and bring your own network and industry know-how to drive new opportunities.
You’ll be as comfortable working with senior corporate clients as you are supporting your team day to day. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance people performance and partnerships!
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets
Oversee client portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term partnerships
Develop and execute growth strategies across existing and new clients
Oversee key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Provide regular forecasting, reporting and pipeline management
Collaborate with Creative, Production and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
Track and forecast team performance, ensuring budgets and KPI’s are met
Spot new business opportunities and bring fresh thinking to how we approach growth
Identify new business opportunities through industry networks and market insights
Maintain a strong understanding of trends in branding, merchandise, and creative technology
About You
Proven experience leading a sales or account management team in a creative, branding, or merchandise environment
Experience in some or all of the following areas is advantageous however not essential
o Promotional Merchandise
o Membership/Fulfilment
o Brand licensing
o Event retail
o Ecommerce
Strong commercial instincts with a track record of delivering growth
Confident communicator with the ability to build and nurture client relationships at all levels
A genuine ability to connect with people, both clients and your team
Deep industry connections across corporate, agency and retail sectors Australia-wide
Strategic thinker who enjoys developing people as much as driving results
