ROSTERING COORDINATOR - CASUAL
Availability:
Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm (flexible working hours)
Rotating Saturday's 9:00am-1.00pm
Rate: $33.70 - $35.15 p.h + 12% superannuation

Our client base has been rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate Roster Coordinator, who shares the same core values as us, has a passion for helping people and wants to strive in the healthcare field. Initially this position will start on a casual basis with an opportunity to become permanent part-time.
About the role
The Rostering Coordinator focuses on delivering outstanding support to our clients as well as building meaningful relationships with them and their families and our support workers.
Duties Include:
Relevant experience in rostering services for aged care and/or disability services (desirable)
Ensure roster comply with SCHADS Award provisions.
Update and maintain roster changes on Visual Care to ensure accurate information.
Ensure all communications are attended to in a positive and courteous manner providing accurate and appropriate information.
Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and make continuous improvements, liaise with internal stakeholders to discuss client and, care workers issues, staffing resources and any issues that affect rostering.

Skills and Experience:
Highly proficient with Microsoft word, Excel and excellent communication skills.
Relevant experience in rostering services for aged care and/ or disability services (desirable)
Proficiency with CRM or rostering software (Visual Care-desirable)
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Acting as a primary point of contact for our support workers and clients, responsible for building rapport and engaging with and rostering our casual workforce.
Please note, as we are a registered NDIS care provider, Carer’s Network requires all workers to undergo a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
