We’re on the lookout for a warm, professional, and proactive Receptionist to join our team at endota Balwyn.

As the face of our spa, you’ll be at the heart of creating a calming, welcoming space for every guest who walks through our doors. This is a casual role with the option of part time pending availability, ideal for someone who loves client connection, thrives in a busy environment, loves selling products and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team in the beauty and wellness industry.

About the role

Approx. 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays (essential) and a mix of weekday shifts.

Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times (e.g. holiday seasons) is highly valued.

If you're a qualified Beauty Therapist (Cert III or above), you may also have the opportunity to provide treatments such as waxing, tinting, tanning and more – expanding your hours and adding variety to your role.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting clients and managing their front-of-house experience

Answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointment bookings

Performing retail sales, skin consultations, and processing payments

Ensuring the reception area is clean, calm and welcoming

Supporting therapists with treatment room setup and general spa tidiness

Assisting the leadership team with ad hoc admin tasks

(For qualified therapists) Performing beauty services such as waxing, tinting, etc.

What we're looking for

Experience in a reception, front desk or customer-facing role – ideally in the beauty or wellness industry

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

A love for retail and the confidence to recommend products that suit client needs

Comfortable using booking and POS systems

A calm, friendly and professional presence

Beauty Therapy Certificate III or above (preferred but not essential)
