Are you organised, people-focused and passionate about the clients experience? LUSH Skin & Laser Clinic is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our award-winning team.

Based in Shepparton, LUSH is a multi-award-winning regional clinic delivering results-driven, medical-grade skin and cosmetic treatments. Our expert team – including a Cosmetic Doctor and Dermal Therapists – offers only the best in aesthetic care, working with leading brands in the aesthetic field, including iS Clinical, our premium skincare line.

Position Details
Tuesday to Friday
9:00am – 6:00pm/ Thursdays 9-9pm

Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for this position.

NO WEEKENDS - 3 DAY WEEKEND EVERY WEEK!
Location: Shepparton, VIC

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and being the first warm, welcoming point of contact

Scheduling appointments and managing the daily booking system

Maintaining accurate client records and handling confidential information

Ordering and managing clinic stock and supplies

Assisting with clinic events and launches

Liaising with brand representatives and suppliers

Providing general admin support to the clinical team

We're looking for someone who is:

Professional, polished and approachable

A strong communicator with a lovely phone manner

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

A team player who takes pride in their role and their space

Has a minimum of 2+ years of receptionist experience

Preferably has healthcare, medical, or beauty clinic reception experience
