We are looking for our next team member who wants to be part of our work family.

This casual role involves 3-4 days per week, and if preferred can be turned into a permanent part-time role.

💼 About the Role

You'll be the welcoming face of our salon and the voice behind the phone calls! Ensuring every client who enters our door feels cared for. Front reception duties, admin tasks and overall, keeping our salon running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and creating a friendly and professional first impression
- Managing bookings, enquiries and all admin tasks
- Assisting with stock-takes and retail displays
- Capturing salon moments for content on our socials
- Supporting the team with daily salon operations

About You
- Warm, client-focused and a genuine love to chat and connect with people
- Organised multitasker with strong admin skills
- Comfortable with booking systems (our booking software is with Timely)
- Creative eye and interest in beauty and content
- Available to work weekdays & on Saturdays
- Previous reception or customer service experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Must have legal right to work in Australia
