Responsibilities:

• Completing all administrative tasks associated with buyer’s advocacy work
• Manage the post-contract process through to settlement, liaising with all third parties
• Relationship building with Real Estate agents
• Client reporting and updates, providing unmatched communication
• Scheduling building & pest inspections and pre-settlement inspections
• Assist with searching and delivering properties to match client briefs

Requirements:

• QLD Real Estate certificate of registration
• QLD drivers license and reliable vehicle
• 1 - 2 years Real Estate sales experience or similar experience within a fast paced administration and customer service role
• Clear understanding of property, buying/selling process
• Well spoken, confident, good written skills, go getter attitude
• Professionally presented
