About the role

Join the team at A-OES Education and Migration as an Education Agent / Office Assistant / Migration Agent Assistant. This is a contract role based in Brisbane, QLD 4000, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting the company's international education and migration services.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the education and migration agents with administrative tasks including booking appointments, managing student enquiries and applications, and preparing documentation

Providing customer service to international students and clients, ensuring a positive experience

Organising and maintaining office systems and databases to ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping

Supporting the marketing and promotion of the company's education and migration services

Liaising with various stakeholders such as education providers, government agencies, and partner organisations

Undertaking general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse backgrounds

Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the education or migration industry

Knowledge of international education and migration processes, or a willingness to learn

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
