As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing a residential portfolio and representing the best interests of both landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Leasing of properties.

Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews.

Completing vacate inspections.

Managing ingoing and routine inspections with Property Manager.

Delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service.

Arrears management.

Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management.
