We’re Hiring a Property Manager!

We’re searching for an organised, people loving Property Manager who is ready to step in and make the portfolio their own!

This role is perfect for someone who can work autonomously with the offer of flexible working arrangements if required.

About the Role:

You’ll manage a small, well-maintained local portfolio of near new apartments along with an experienced Property Manager & Department Head.
Every day is a mix of connecting with clients, coordinating maintenance, and keeping things running smoothly all whilst having direct support.

No trust accounting / end of month

90% of our portfolio is within walking distance of the office

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in residential property management (all levels of experience welcome)

Great communicator with a positive attitude

Ability to work autonomously with self motivation

Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
