About the role

In this role, the Property Manager will be integral in managing a clean and well-managed portfolio in the Hope Island area and surrounds.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

conducting/overseeing inspections (incl. routines, exits, entries and open homes)

lease renewal reviews and negotiations

processing tenancy applications as needed

liaising with landlords and tenants

managing property maintenance

general office support where required (emails, phone calls etc.)

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Full Australian working rights essential

Current Real Estate Registration essential

Min. 1 year Property Manager experience highly preferred

Unrestricted Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle

Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Ability to work independently and within a small team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
