Based out of our Melbourne head office, we’ve built a high-performance, investment-focused culture and we’re seeking a casual team member to join our regional asset management team.

The Role

We are seeking a casual Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to assist our regional team with leasing tasks for our Ballarat portfolio, including;

Open for inspections

Routine inspections

Condition reports

Ad-hoc tasks as required

Hours

Casual: approx. 3–5 hours per week

Work across Monday–Saturday, as needed

What You’ll Bring

Agent’s Representative Certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate Practice) - essential

Property management experience (Assistant PMs or PMs welcome)

Reliable vehicle and valid licence

Strong attention to detail, clear communication and a can-do attitude

A strong work ethic and self-motivation.
