Junior Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a full time/part time Junior PM Administrative Assistant to join this award-winning team.

This person will primarily be administering applications and other PM duties as required.

This position would suit a person who wishes to learn and grow into our property management department.

Applying candidates should enjoy a busy and dynamic office.

Essential criteria:

· Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or Licence.

· Car licence.

· Provisional licence or full licence required.

· Excellent computer skills on Microsoft programs.

· Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.

· Great people skills.

· Ability to effectively work as part of a team.

· Attention to Detail

· Australian work rights with unrestricted working conditions required.

Letting Clerk/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full time/part time Letting Clerk/ Administrative Assistant to join their award-winning team.

This person will primarily be the front face of our clients' rental property inspections, showing potential tenants through properties, gathering detail, administering applications and other duties as required.

This position would suit a person who wishes to learn and grow into our property management department.

Applying candidates should enjoy a busy and dynamic office.

· Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration, or Licence.

· Car licence.

· Provisional licence or full licence required.

· Excellent computer skills on Microsoft programs.
