The Position
Reporting to the Director of Sales and direct access to the Owner, you’ll take ownership of the retail sales journey across high-end apartment and townhouse projects. You’ll build relationships with high-net-worth purchasers, manage the full sales process from lead to settlement, and represent a brand synonymous with design excellence and customer care. Supported by a generous marketing budget and a strong lead-generation program, you’ll focus on delivering a seamless, consultative experience for buyers while achieving ambitious sales outcomes.

- Up to $100,000 - $150,000 + Super + Commission | OTE of $200K - $300K+

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from lead to contract, providing a personalised and consultative experience
- Build and maintain relationships with affluent purchasers and investors
- Deliver exceptional presentations from luxury display suites and apartments
- Convert leads into appointments and sales using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Provide regular reporting and feedback on sales performance and market activity
- Work collaboratively with marketing to optimise lead generation and campaign performance
- Represent the business with professionalism and deep product knowledge at all times
About You
- Demonstrated experience in luxury apartment off-the-plan property sales (essential)
- Proven success achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or PropertyBase
- Knowledge of architectural plans, specifications, and premium residential design
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail
- Victorian real estate qualification advantageous but not essential
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle required for client appointments
