As one of Australia's leading independent property groups, we have a growing pipeline of new projects secured in Melbourne our Projects team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Channel Manager & Retail Project Agent to join and grow our partner network and drive sales across our off-the-plan apartments and house & land offerings.
This is a hands-on role where you'll build relationships, work closely with our sales and marketing team, and represent a broad range of projects across Victoria and beyond. You'll also spend time working from stunning project displays, engaging directly with partners and clients. Our stocklist spans VIC, NSW, ACT, and QLD, giving you and your partners access to multiple markets and income streams.
About the Role:
This role is pivotal in driving the success of small, medium and large-scale residential projects for many of the largest developers in Melbourne and Australia. You will be the key connection between our projects and distribution channels, ensuring developments are brought to market with precision, creativity, and impact.
In addition to overseeing channel partnerships, you will run multiple residential project sales, working directly with buyers and spending time in stunning project displays. This is a diverse role where you'll combine channel management, retail sales, and project strategy to deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. With uncapped earning potential, a good base salary and some of the industries best fee splits this allows someone to grow their sales career to another level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales distribution channels for residential project launches
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, referral networks, brokers, and investment groups
Conduct retail sales in display settings and manage direct buyer engagements.
Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Provide market insights, sales reporting, and recommendations to drive project performance
Maintaining CRM records and ensuring accuracy across all sales documentation
Represent the company with professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.
Supporting broader sales initiatives and launch events
Represent landmark projects in a blue-chip location
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in channel management and/or project residential sales
High end project experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s residential property market
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and sell multiple projects simultaneously
A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership of outcomes
Saturday availability essential
Current valid Victorian driver’s licence
