Rate: $54.70 per hour + Super
Duration: 3-month contract (full-time, 37.5 hours per week)

About the Opportunity Hudson is proud to partner with a key South Australian Government department to recruit an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for an energetic and proactive facilities professional to play a pivotal role in managing hard and soft services contracts across a diverse property portfolio.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-performing Supply Chain team that values service excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in the delivery of facilities management services.
Key Responsibilities As the Facilities Management Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate the operational delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Monitor contractor performance, KPIs and service standards, addressing issues proactively.
- Oversee compliance with safety procedures, building standards and relevant legislation.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk reviews, ensuring all facilities meet WHS and compliance standards.
- Support procurement, budget tracking and cost allocation processes.
- Provide escalation support for operational issues and assist with problem resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and facilities-related projects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain effective communication across teams.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management, property coordination or asset management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors and manage performance against KPIs.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance frameworks, including WHS and building codes.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with FM, CRM or asset management systems.
- A relevant qualification in Business, Property, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline (highly regarded).

Casual Loading
