State Care Manager

KompleteCare is growing and we’re looking for a dedicated State Care Manager to lead our Client Services and across South Australia and Western Australia.

About the Role

The State Care Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and outstanding client experience across all Kompletecare sites. Reporting directly to the COO, this role oversees Care Managers and Client Services Managers to deliver consistent, person-centred, high-quality services aligned with our strategic goals.

You’ll be responsible for supporting, mentoring and developing our site leaders, ensuring we meet key deliverables, maintain audit readiness, and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide state-wide leadership and operational oversight across Care Managers and Client Services Managers.

Lead and coach leaders to achieve performance excellence, engagement, and retention.

Drive KPI performance across billables, service quality, documentation, client retention, and compliance.

Ensure sites are always audit-ready and operating within NDIS and Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission standards.

Provide reporting on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Champion continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, systems, and customer experience.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and empowerment across sites.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and professional development planning for leaders.

Oversee workforce planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix across all sites.

About You

A natural leader with both emotional intelligence and commercial acumen, you know how to motivate teams, manage change, and deliver outcomes. You lead by example, foster accountability, and translate strategic intent into operational excellence across every level of the organisation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Community Services, Leadership, or Management (or equivalent).

Current driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites as required

3 or more years of experience in either management or the Community Services Sector

Desired Skills and Attributes

Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams within aged care, disability, or community services.

Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing emerging leaders.

Demonstrated success in performance management and KPI improvement.

Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and audit processes.

Commercial and strategic mindset -able to balance care outcomes with business objectives.

Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to client-centred care, with a passion for creating meaningful outcomes.
