We’re a fast-growing property maintenance business specialising in the repair of leaking showers, balconies, and related waterproofing and remedial services. We already have strong relationships with strata managers, property managers, and building managers — but we’re only scratching the surface of what’s possible.

The Opportunity

This is a relationship-driven, on-the-road role. You’ll be the face of the business to strata managers, property managers, and building managers, as well as referral partners like plumbers and building inspectors. Your role is to:

Win new accounts with property professionals who don’t yet use us.

Grow existing accounts that are underutilised today.

Develop referral partnerships to generate steady lead flow.

Be visible: coffee catch-ups, site visits, networking — ensuring our brand is front-of-mind.

What You’ll Do

Spend 3–4 days per week on the road (cold visits, client meetings, networking).

Cover Sydney Metro, Northern Beaches, North Shore, Sydney Inner & Central West, South West, Wollongong & South Coast.

Nurture existing accounts and develop new ones to increase revenue.

Build referral networks across plumbers, painters, pest inspectors, and other allied trades.

Report weekly on meetings, pipeline, and results.

What We’re Looking For

A proven relationship builder with the ability to hunt new business.

Confident and professional with excellent communication skills.

Comfortable with cold calling, drop-ins, and networking events.

Organised and disciplined in managing a wide territory.

Background in property maintenance, building services, strata/real estate, or trades is an advantage.

What’s on Offer

Base Salary: $80-90k

Vehicle: Fully Maintained Company Vehicle or Car Allowance ($15k p.a.)

Commissions/Bonus: Up to $40k OTE (structured with accelerators + referral bonuses).

Tools of Trade: Laptop, phone, and marketing support.
