Our client are a leading industrial property developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Residential, Commercial and Industrial assets across Sydney and beyond.

With a 10 year property development pipeline of exciting new projects and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality, we’re growing our team and looking for a motivated Assistant Development Manager / Property Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with due diligence, feasibility analysis, and site investigations for new acquisitions

Support planning applications and manage consultants across architecture, engineering, and planning

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including councils, tenants, and contractors

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks

Prepare and maintain development reports, presentations, and board papers

Provide general support to the Development Manager and broader team

This is a unique opportunity with a combination of development (60%) and property management (40%). It would be well suited to a property management professional who it looking to expand their development experience.

This is an exciting opportunity which include managing long-term assets including a 50k sqm2 Industrial business park, child care facility, office buildings and multiple self-storage units on behalf of a national client.
