About the role
Veloma Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm). Based in Wetherill Park, NSW, this role will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our construction services business.
What you'll be doing
Handling a wide range of administrative tasks
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Assisting with payroll preparation
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
Reconciliation of Accounts
Procuring office supplies and managing inventory as needed
Contributing to the development and implementation of improved administrative processes
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience in an office administrator or similar administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using Xero - Highly desirable
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
