Our new opportunity

Coachair Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our Sydney branch, located in Arndell Park.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can keep things running smoothly without constant supervision. This position is 3 days per week, with Wednesday a compulsory working day. The remaining two days, as well as start and finish times, are flexible to suit the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Maintain and update accurate records in Microsoft Navision (NAV)

Invoicing: Process and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Phone Support: Answer and direct calls, respond to general inquiries, and assist customers and suppliers

Simple Problem Solving: Handle routine issues and provide practical solutions

Team Support: Assist warehouse and service teams with documentation and reporting

Skills & Experience

Strong administrative experience

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

Practical approach to solving day-to-day challenges

What We Offer

Flexible working hours – 3 days per week (Wednesday required)

Flexible start and finish times to support work–life balance

$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
