Who You Are

You’re a marketer at heart with at least 2+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.

You’re confident building digital marketing strategies and executing them - not just briefing them out.

You’re experienced across social media management, content strategy, email marketing, and community engagement.

You love connecting with people and can bring Alchemy’s community to life through thoughtful campaigns and activations.

You’re hands-on, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, growing environments.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variety of digital marketing tools / platforms

You understand that great marketing is built on data and storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Marketing

Own and implement our digital marketing strategy across social media, email, and partnerships.

Manage campaign calendars, content creation, and performance tracking.

Run email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.

Manage and grow our digital community, ensuring Alchemy’s voice is consistent and engaging.

Analyse marketing performance and report on key metrics to guide future strategy.

Community

Lead member engagement strategies and initiatives across multiple venues.

Create and deliver events and activations that bring the Alchemy community together.

Build and nurture partnerships with aligned brands, local businesses, and influencers.

Celebrate member milestones and drive referrals and positive word of mouth.

What You Should Know About the Role

This role includes occasional evenings and weekends to support community events and activations.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on - building plans and executing them.

You’ll work closely with our Operations and Leadership team, helping shape the next phase of Alchemy’s growth.
