Genesis Health & Fitness Bull Creek is one of the largest and most established gyms in Perth’s southern suburbs. As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator to lead our local marketing and community engagement efforts.

About the Role

This is a hands-on and dynamic position where you’ll manage all aspects of local marketing, digital engagement, and community outreach. Working closely with the club management team — and in collaboration with Genesis Head Office — you’ll play a key role in promoting our services, growing membership numbers, and strengthening our brand presence across Bull Creek and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to promote the gym and increase new member sign-ups.

Coordinate with Head Office to execute brand and marketing initiatives at the local level, ensuring alignment with national campaigns and brand standards.

Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging and relevant content.

Organise and execute community events, partnerships, and activations to build strong local connections.

Create marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, digital assets) consistent with Genesis brand guidelines.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Support internal member communications and retention initiatives.

About You

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community engagement — ideally within the health, fitness, or lifestyle sector.

Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Strong understanding of social media marketing and community engagement strategies.

Excellent communication, organisation, and copywriting skills.

Bilingual abilities (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese, Malay) will be highly regarded.
