We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help drive growth and engagement across our portfolio of seven brands spanning craft beer, premium spirits, hospitality, logistics, and tourism.

About the Role

Based full-time at our Osborne Park head office, this role is responsible for managing social media, digital advertising, and web presence across multiple Simm Group brands.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to plan, create, and execute campaigns that grow audiences, increase engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Plan, create, schedule, and engage daily across all brand pages, ensuring consistent tone and identity.

Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.

Oversee and update company websites (WordPress and Shopify), ensuring content, imagery, and SEO are always up to date.

Create, manage, and analyse email marketing campaigns using integrated CRM tools.

Report on campaign performance via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Sprout Social dashboards.

Collaborate with internal teams and venues to produce photo, video, and written content for launches, activations, and events.

Support influencer partnerships, media outreach, and PR coordination.

Stay on top of industry and platform trends to keep our brands fresh and competitive.

About You

You’re a confident all-rounder who blends creativity with technical skill. You’re as comfortable writing captions and building ads as you are analysing performance data or updating a website.

You’ll bring:

2–4 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or digital coordination

Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with WordPress and Shopify website management

Strong writing, content creation, and organisational skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

Strong design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
