We’re looking for an Agent Support Partner / Marketing Coordinator to join our team - someone who loves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales agents, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and marketing support.
About the Role:
As our Agent Support Partner, you’ll play a key role in providing top-tier service and campaign coordination for our agents. You’ll assist with everything from administration and onboarding to marketing coordination and process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and database support to agents
- Coordinating marketing proofs for agent and vendor approval
- Assisting with agent personal marketing, templates, and distribution
- Creating engaging social media assets and marketing materials in Canva
- Coordinating training, integration, and onboarding for new agents
- Liaising with new agents to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transition into the business
- Working closely with our offshore team (Remote Professionals) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Collaborating with the Head of Operations to enhance internal systems and processes
About You:
You’re proactive, people-focused, and have a knack for organisation and creativity. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy being the go-to person who makes things happen.
Skills and attributes we’re looking for:
- Previous real estate experience (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused
