About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our Perth Parts Department. This role plays a critical part in driving sales growth, managing inventory, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional support. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain seamless operations and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive parts counter sales growth and implement strategies to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Liaise with Sales Managers and suppliers to coordinate pricing, purchasing, and parts procedures.
Manage accurate inventory levels, oversee stocktakes, and monitor back orders and stock movements.
Handle warranty claims and ensure freight costs are properly recovered.
Resolve customer and supplier queries efficiently, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Analyze departmental profit and loss to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure all invoicing is completed promptly for accurate monthly reporting.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate the Parts Department team to achieve operational goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development support.
Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration, quality, and accountability.
Customer & Workshop Support
Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure timely and accurate parts supply for repair jobs.
Maintain clear communication with internal departments to resolve issues and support smooth workflows.
Ensure the parts store is clean, organized, and reflects a professional image.
About You

Proven experience in parts management or a similar role within the mechanical or industrial sector.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
