Senior Software Developer (Angular / Node.js / Azure)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer with solid experience across modern web application development using Angular, Node.js, and Azure. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and deploying cloud-first software solutions that support critical operations across the mining industry.

This role suits someone technically strong, who enjoys owning delivery end-to-end, and has had exposure to mentoring or leading small teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end (Angular) and back-end (Node.js) systems.
  
  
• Collaborate with architects and leads to design scalable, cloud-native applications in Azure.
  
  
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following modern engineering practices.
  
  
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and performance optimisation.
  
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with Angular (TypeScript) and Node.js / Express.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, DevOps).
  
  
• Sound understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern architecture patterns.
  
  
• Exposure to mentoring, peer reviews, or small project leadership.
  
  
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, ideally in agile delivery teams.
