A major bank in Perth is seeing a M365 Engineer for an initial 6 month contract highly likely to extend. This is a hybrid 3 days in office a week role.

The M365 Platform Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting core infrastructure and enterprise services with a focus on Microsoft 365, while providing continual support and improvement of processes, services and documentation to assist the organisations operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Deploying ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for M365. Produce documentation, implementation and automation of the underlaying Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Ensuring day to day operations of the AI for All components and the Microsoft 365 services, responding to incidents and requests and implementing changes
• Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and industry to ensure the infrastructure and configuration are in line with stakeholder requirements

Essential Criteria

• 3-5 years M355 Engineering / Infrastructure experience
• Experience managing, configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 service
• Strong automation and scripting skills, eg PowerShell, Github for Copilot, CI/CD Pipelines
• AI / GPT / Copilot experience is advantageous but not essential
