The Role
In this role you will join a Service Desk team of 5 staff members, supporting approximately 1000 users and 1400 devices across Australia but predominantly in Melbourne, Victoria.
Due to increase project demands within the organisation, the existing Service Desk team are struggling to meet BAU Service Desk requirements and are therefore looking for an exceptional customer service focused, Service Desk support to join the team on a 6 month contract.
You will be required to be in office 3 days a week with your working from home days dependant on the rest of the teams availability.
You MUST have a valid Australian driver's license and be able to occasionally travel to various sites and locations across Melbourne. A company car will be provided.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years full time working experience in a Service Desk or IT Support position.
- Proven experience and understanding of the Not-for-Profit sector are highly desirable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and ensuring end-users are given an attentive and warm experience that will leave them highly satisfied.
- Strong experience working with and administering O365 including MS Teams, SharePoint online, OneDrive and Exchange online.
- Strong experience working with and administering Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Strong experience supporting Intune and enrolling devices.
- Experience with MDM system to enrol, troubleshoot, update and maintain mobile devices and laptops.
