Customer Service Specialist | 3-Month Contract
Core Talent have partnered with a valued client who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries and provide high-quality service and support
Manage and resolve queries efficiently and professionally
Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
About You:
Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computer systems and CRM software
