HR Coordinator – ASX Listed Business
Location: Alexandria – Hybrid (close to public transport, parking onsite)
Rate: $44 per hour + Super
Type: 6-month temporary contract with immediate start, potential to convert to permanent within 6 months.

We are seeking a hands-on HR Coordinator to join a dynamic HR team within a complex, fast-paced business. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone with solid HR experience who enjoys being at the centre of all things HR. You will be the primary point of contact for HR operational matters, playing a key role within the HR team and partnering closely with managers and leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR processes and systems, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Prepare employment contracts, employee letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Support HR activities such as training logistics, payroll liaison, timesheet coordination, and employee communications.
  • Maintain HR systems and data accuracy; assist with reporting and analytics.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and goal-setting processes.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and investigations.
  • Ensure policies and processes remain compliant with relevant legislation and awards.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, system implementation, and engagement initiatives

About You
You’ll bring a proactive, organised approach and a passion for HR operations. You’ll enjoy the challenge of working in a complex environment while ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR processes:

  • Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant Degree
  • Ideally 2-3 years of HR administration/coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Confidence in building relationships at all levels of the organisation
