The Role

Toll People are currently seeking reliable and experienced Truck Drivers (HR, HC & MC) for casual and seasonal opportunities across Newcastle and the Hunter region. These roles are perfect for drivers looking for short-term or temporary work during peak periods, however some of these role can lead to ongoing assignments depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk or multi-drop deliveries around Newcastle, Hunter, Port Stephens and the Central Coast
• Safely restraining loads with chains or straps
• Completing all required paperwork and run sheets
• Operating pallet jacks and tail lifts when required
• Following all WHS & RMS regulations, including driving hours
• Providing excellent customer service as the face of the business

Skills & Experience

• Current HR, HC or MC Truck Licence with recent driving experience
• Experience with tautliner or flat top vehicles
• Ability to restrain loads safely and correctly
• Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
