The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Candidate Manager to join our busiest and most successful team our Legal Support team.
Responsibilities will include

• Phone screening
• Interviewing and recommending candidates
• Conducting database searches
• Reviewing ad response
• Headhunting top talent
• Writing job advertisements
• Reference checks
• Office administration
• Creating and managing online and email marketing
• Provide high quality candidate care

About you

• Previous recruitment experience - agency or internal
• Knowledge of legal will be highly advantageous
• Professional presentation and communication
• You're fiercely competitive and constantly strive to always achieve a positive outcome for your clients and candidates
• You excel at sourcing candidates in niche markets,
• Strong influencing skills
• Thrive in fast paced environments
