About the Role
Join one of Australia’s leading Health Insurance providers as a recruitment Onboarding Specialist, supporting a large national workforce and ensuring every new starter has a smooth and engaging entry into the business.
You’ll work within a high-performing team of nine, coordinating 200–300 new hires each month across both corporate and healthcare divisions. Using SuccessFactors and DocuSign, you’ll manage the full onboarding process — from contracts and compliance to system setup — in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
This role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and the opportunity to work with a respected brand that values teamwork, efficiency, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for 200–300 new starters per month
• Manage employment contracts, documentation, and compliance via SuccessFactors & DocuSign
• Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Support both corporate and healthcare onboarding recruitment processes
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You:

• Previous experience in onboarding or HR administration within a high-volume environment
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or DocuSign (highly regarded)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced team environment
