Adventist Schools Victoria operates 6 independent, Christian faith-based schools across Victoria with nearly 4000 students and 1200 staff. We are seeking expressions of interest in the role of HR Officer to join our head office team during our busiest recruitment season. This is a casual position, 4-5 days per week, commencing ASAP and the role is expected to be available to the end of the year.

As a member of our team you will be working in a collaborative environment and will focus on supporting schools with their recruitment needs. This will include advertising, shortlisting candidates, organising and conducting interviews, screening candidates and managing contracts and onboarding.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will hold a qualification in HR and be able to demonstrate three years? experience with strong recruitment experience prioritised. Competencies include; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Additionally, applicants must hold a current driver?s licence as this role may involve travel to our schools.
