Surfside Holiday Parks provides the classic Australian beachside holiday experience, located in the beautiful coastal City of Warrnambool. The park has both powered and unpowered sites as well as self-contained cabins.

Surfside is currently seeking a positive and energetic Reception Officer with the following skills and experience:

· Well-developed computer skills and ability to undertake reservation system processes and retail operations.

· Must have the ability to work in a team environment and basic problem solving skills including mediation and dispute resolution.

· Excellent customer service skills and willingness to adhere to all Council Policy’s and maintain the staff code of conduct

· Work experience in Tourism and/or Hospitality industries will be highly regarded
