- Starting Salary: $103,583 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About you
You are a passionate advocate for inclusion, leading with fairness, empathy and integrity. You build strong relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are service-focused, driven by student outcomes, and stay current with best practices in disability, equity and access.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager: Access and Inclusion, you will ensure UniSA students with disabilities or health conditions receive equitable access and support. You will determine reasonable adjustments, advise staff on inclusive practices, and contribute to team resources and service improvements. You will also influence related projects across the student services portfolio.

To be successful you will need
- Tertiary qualifications in disability, education or human services
- Experience supporting people facing barriers to inclusion, with assessment and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation and ability to contribute to policy and projects
- Strong interpersonal, written and team collaboration skills
- Understanding of access and inclusion in higher education settings
