AAMI Park - Casual Chefs & Cooks

Gema Group is adding to their fabulous team of hospitality professionals to assist at AAMI Park.

Commencing on the 6th of November 2025, this is an incredible opportunity to work with Gema at one of Melbourne’s most Iconic Stadiums!

Join our team of dynamic and creative culinary experts at the Gema Group. We are a collection of vibrant venues that come to life all year round with a special focus on sporting events and concerts. We are looking for passionate and talented Chef's and Cooks who can bring their unique creativity to our kitchen and elevate the dining experience for our guests.

About you:

Ideally you should have a minimum of five years’ experience as a Chef/Cooks in a stadium style environment.

Confident and capable to lead when needed.

You are able to build trust, respect and positive relationships with colleagues.

You can successfully manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment and are able to apply good judgement whilst under pressure.

Food Safety Supervisor Certified.

Demonstrate a passion for the food and hospitality industry.

Maintain impeccable food quality and presentation, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Must be available to work flexible hours across all 7 days of the week. Friday and Saturday nights are a must.
