Action Workforce are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our clients call Centre in Darwin NT. Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.

About the role

• Customer Service
• Answering and directing incmong phone calls
• Dealing with custoemr compliants and providing soloutions
• Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS, SW regulations etc)
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)

Qualifications & experience:

• Full Australian work rights
• Previous call centre experience
• Multitasking skills
• experience with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Good work ethic, understand importance of turning up to work
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
