What you'll be doing

• Undertake administrative tasks including but not limited to typing of letters/policies, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings.
• Assist with workforce matters including rostering, recruitment, leave and booking/requesting casual staff for Unit.
• Undertake office administration and management, maintaining and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.
• Provide administrative assistance to meetings.
• Assist with scheduling and administration of education and in-service sessions.
