Support Officer Assisted School Travel Program (ASTP) - Multiple positions

Hourly rate $35.15 - $37.13 plus super

Are you passionate about supporting students with disabilities and ensuring safe, reliable access to education? We are seeking multiple customer-focused ASTP Support Officer (Clerk 1/2 and Clerk 3/4).

In this key administrative role, you'll provide frontline support for the Assisted School Travel Program, helping manage transport arrangements for students across NSW. Your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing and inclusion of children with additional needs.

Key responsibilities:

Respond to general enquiries from parents, schools, contractors, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.

Process applications for students, drivers, and Assisted Travel Support Officers (ATSOs).

Assist with payroll, records management, and compliance reporting.

Provide day-to-day administrative support, including mail handling, data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment to meet program goals and service standards.
