We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and help drive the success of our impact-led brands.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Eight Mile Plains.

In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you’ll take the lead on paid digital channels - from Google Ads to Meta and beyond - managing budgets, analysing performance, and optimising campaigns to deliver real results. You’ll collaborate closely with brand and creative teams to ensure every campaign hits the mark.

What You’ll Do

Plan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and affiliates

Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

Test creatives, messaging, and audiences to boost performance

Execute paid and organic social strategies that grow brand awareness and engagement

Support SEO, CRM, and digital conversion optimisation initiatives

Collaborate with creative, events, and content teams to align strategy and execution

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing

Proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GTM)

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Solid understanding of SEO, paid social, and affiliate marketing

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management

A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects

Bonus points if you’ve worked in the disability or mental health sectors and have a passion for inclusive, accessible event experiences.
