Duties

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration (most important function of the role!)
• Maintain HR, safety and training documentation
• Assist Finance and Operations Managers with reporting
• Support plant and equipment service documentation
• General finance and administrative duties

Skills & experience

• Payroll experience is essential - accuracy is key
• Background in finance, accounting or administration
• HR experience advantageous (basic documentation focus)
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
